Valeria Bianco is an Italian photographer based in Milan.
Her work is grounded in the practice of listening—both inward, through explorations of the self,
and outward, in the relational space of portraiture.
Her approach is minimalist and attentive to presence, often expressed through the delicate use of nudity as a language of sincerity and openness.
Working predominantly with analog photography, she approaches the image as a slow, attentive dialogue.
Her work is chosen by private clients, creative professionals, and brands who seek a sensitive and authentic visual language.
Valeria’s strength lies in her ability to listen deeply and translate emotions into visual form. This skill, rooted in her background as a counselor, coach, and expert in formative processes, helps her guide others to express their inner resources through images. For Valeria, photography is a tool for personal growth, explored through the act of posing in her workshops.
Though at the start of her photographic journey, Valeria has already exhibited her work in the show “Autoritratti,” featuring 17 black-and-white analog self-portraits. Her work has been featured in magazines like CAP74024 and Osphilia, and she will present a piece at IMAGENATION PARIS 2025. Additionally, she has collaborated with brands that have embraced her expressive self-portraits as a communication and presentation style.
Valeria Bianco’s artistic path reaches a new, meaningful chapter with the selection of one of her analog self-portraits for IMAGENATION PARIS 2025.
In the days when Paris becomes the epicenter of global photography, her work will be shown from
November 14 to 17 at Galerie Joseph Le Palais, in the Marais — a place where images become encounters.
This self-portrait, born from listening and vulnerability, continues her exploration of the subtle, essential space where the inner gaze meets the world.
